Anthony Bourdain Announces New Cookbook And Tour For Fall 2016

By Cooking Panda

There’s great news for everyone who is currently suffering from Anthony Bourdain withdrawal after watching (or binging!) the most recent season of “Parts Unknown” on Netflix. Your favorite bad-boy chef just announced the release of a new cookbook and accompanying nationwide tour.

Bourdain claims the cookbook, entitled “Appetites,” will bring the exotic world-class cuisine he encounters on his travels into homes everywhere.  No longer will you have to content yourself with imagining the sizzling spice of Singaporean claypot rice or the creamy perfection of Roman cacio e pepe—soon you will be able to make these dishes, and more, in your own kitchen!

The cookbook, which will be released Oct. 25, 2016, isn’t Bourdain’s only breaking news, however.  On the same day that he announced the release date for “Appetites,” Bourdain also revealed that he will be departing on a 15-city tour, called “The Hunger,” beginning Oct. 7 and concluding Nov. 18.  Much like the cookbook, Bourdain’s tour will focus on relaying the secrets and cuisines of his globetrotting travels, all with that signature foul-mouthed Bourdain candor.

Tickets for “The Hunger” go on presale May 2 and regular sale May 20. So mark your calendars and prepare for your most delicious fall yet!
