Grill Everything: 6 Awe-Inspiring Recipes You Should Make This Week

By Cooking Panda

There’s nothing quite like firing up the grill on a warm summer night. You get to enjoy the warm weather while your grill infuses savory smoke into your dinner and makes the whole area smell completely delicious.

Plus, you can grill almost anything — pizza! fruit! We’ll show you how to do it with ease.

1. Jerk Chicken

Impress your friends with this favorite. Here’s everything you need to know about making the perfect jerk chicken, from the tangy, spicy marinade to the best grilling method to get that perfect tender texture.

2. Filipino Barbecue

Make these skewers with pork or chicken for a succulent savory-sweet meal.

3. Grilled Avocado with Salsa

The fact that you can grill an avocado should be enough reason to do it, but if you need more convincing, do it for the smoky flavors and beautiful, crisp grill marks.

4. Grilled Cauliflower Steaks with Pesto

Cauliflower is its best self when grilled. Slather it with pesto for extra happiness.

5. Grilled Pizza

This is 100% a real thing. Not only do you get that delicious charred, smoky grill flavor, but this method also mimics super-hot pizza ovens, making it far superior to the soggy and/or cardboard textures that you sometimes get in a conventional oven.

6. Grilled Peach Splits

Ready for dessert? Grill some summer peaches with pecans, butter and a whiskey caramel sauce to top it all off. Not only will you have fun grilling dessert (novelty!) but the peaches also get a gorgeous, delicious caramelization, so this is definitely a win-win dessert.

Speed Up Your Evenings With These 6 Craveworthy One-Pot Meals

By Cooking Panda

As much as we love a good, elaborate, home-cooked meal, spending ages cleaning it up on a weeknight is just not the business.

why does cooking take like six hours and eating like three seconds and washing dishes like seven days and seven nights

Fortunately for you, that doesn’t have to be your fate.

We’re huge fans of one-dish meals, where cleaning up takes almost as little time as actually eating. It really doesn’t get any easier. Or more delicious. You’re welcome.

1. One-Pot Pasta with Spinach and Tomatoes

Yep, that’s right — one pan pasta. It’s a real thing. We love this recipe because it uses whole grain noodles, which don’t get too starchy or gummy, and everything else is stuff you might already have on hand.

2. Salmon with Pepita-Lime Butter

Salmon is super healthy and delicious, but it’s easy to fall into a butter/lemon rut. Try something new with this lime juice/chili powder/pepitas rub for an extra kick.

3. Slow Cooker Ribs

Ribs always seem like an extravagant affair, but did you know that enjoying delicious, tender, melt-in-your-mouth ribs on a weeknight is as easy as doctoring up some barbecue sauce and throwing it into the slow cooker with baby back ribs? Bonus: For an extra caramelized touch, broil the finished product for a few minutes with a little bit of the reserved sauce.

4. Savory Pudding with Sausage and Tomatoes

This is technically a two-dish meal, since you need to use a mixing bowl to make your batter. Please forgive us.

5. One-Pan Lasagna

Save yourself half the work by using oven-ready, instant lasagna noodles.

6. Pork and Plums

Take full advantage of plum season with this sweet-savory breeze of a dish.
