All the way across the pond in a Scottish town called Falkirk, a tea room exists. Called Tea Jenny’s, the eclectic tea room grew so popular that its owner, Jenny Duncan, decided to open up a new food premises right next door, called Wee Jenny’s.

These gorgeous cakes are the combined efforts of Duncan and her baker colleague, Bryan McKay, both of whom are totally self-taught bakers and cake decorators.

I mean, come on. We all knew baking was a science — but this is just pure artistry.

Tea Jenny’s and its sister tea room, Wee Jenny’s, are open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sundays, as reported by Buzzfeed, and all of the cakes are available by the slice.
