Zucchini Pasta with Creamy Avocado Sauce
- In a high-speed blender, food processor or mini chopper add the avocado, garlic cloves, salt and pepper to taste, basil leaves, juice of ½ lemon, water, chili flakes, peanut butter, and olive oil and blitz until creamy and delicious.
- After 2-3 minutes blending pours the sauce into the spiralized zucchini and toss until combined.
- Serve and enjoy.
