Ingredients

  • ½ package Farin’ UP Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1.5 tablespoons water
  • 2 cups UTZ Peanut Butter Pretzels, chopped
  • 3 Joolies Dates, chopped
  • Icing to decorate

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheight.
  2. In a large bowl mix Farin’ UP Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix with melted butter and water. Once mixed, fold in chopped UTZ Peanut Butter Pretzels and chopped Joolies Dates.
  3. Spray a 9-inch disposable can pan with cooking spray and transfer the prepared cookie dough, pressing into an even layer. Place the pan into a 9-13 baking dish and shape the aluminum pan into an egg shape. Use aluminum foil to keep the shape in place while it bakes.
  4. Bake for about 20-22 minutes until the sides start to turn golden brown. Top with colorful icing to decorate the egg and eat straight out of the skillet. Enjoy!
