Strawberry and Banana Icebox Cake

  • 19 oz cookies or biscuit

  • 2 pounds fresh strawberries

  • 3½ cups heavy cream

  • 2-3 bananas thinly sliced

  • ½ cup sugar powder

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • 18 oz ice cream

    Step 1- 

    Crush cookies and press in bottom of 13×9-inch pan. Place sliced bananas evenly on top.

    Step 2-

    Place scoops of softened ice cream on top of bananas and refrigerates for at least 20 min.

    Step 3–

    Mix heavy cream, vanilla and sugar.

    Step 4- 

    Spread a thick layer of heavy cream and top with a hearty layer of sliced strawberry.

    Step 5-

    Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
