  • 2 slices leftover pumpkin pie ( 1 cup pumpkin pie filling)

  • 1 ½ cup milk

  • 4 oz vodka

  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

  • Whipped cream, for garnish

  • Cinnamon, for garnish

    1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until evenly combined, thick and frothy.
    2. Transfer the pumpkin pie white russion to 2 chilled glasses then generoulsy  top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!
