Philly Cheese Steak Wrap

  • 1 lb. ground beef

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 red onion, diced in small cubes

  • ½ red bell pepper, diced

  • 5 flour tortillas

  • 2 cups grated cheese

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

    1. In a nonstick frying pan on medium heat warm a little bit of olive oil and start cooking the diced onion and diced bell pepper.


    1. Stir in the ground beef and cook for about 10 minutes.


    1. Season with salt and pepper to taste and dried oregano.


    1. Transfer the mixture in a bowl and stir in the grated cheese.


    1. Fill each tortilla and wrap it tightly.


    1. Each wrap cook in a well heated nonstick frying pan over medium heat and cook them up for about 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly golden brown in color.


    1. Cut in half and serve right away while still warm.
