  • Low fat Cheddar cheese

  • Mayonnaise

  • Worcestershire sauce

  • Green onions

  • Tomatoes

  • Parsley

  • French lettuce

    1. Drain the tuna can under running water.
    2. Dice the vegetables to small chunks.
    3. In a big bowl mix the vegetables with your tuna, mayonnaise, vinegar with the Worcester sauce and add salt and pepper.
    4. Heat a large pan on low heat and spray it with olive oil.
    5. Top bread with cheese slices and let it get warm for little then add the tuna paste and tomato slices.
    6. Ready to serve warm.
