  • 1 slice sourdough toast

  • 3 Tbsp burrata cheese

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • ¼ cup sauteed shiitake mushrooms

  • ¼ cup sauteed enoki mushrooms

  • 2 Tbsp crumbled bacon

  • 1 tsp fresh thyme

    1. Toast bread to your liking and spread the burrata cheese on the toast.
    2. Drizzle olive oil over cheese and distribute mushrooms over toast. 
    3. Sprinkle crumbled bacon and fresh thyme over toast. 
    4. Transfer to a plate and enjoy!
