Lychee Fruit Salad

  • 1 can lychee, drained and rinsed

  • ½ cup pomegranate arils

  • ½ cup blackberries

  • 1 tablespoon honey

    1. Drain in rinse lychee under cold purified water.
    2. In a bowl combine lychee, pomegranate arils and blackberries, mix well but don’t be too rough to break apart the blackberries.
    3. Divide between 3-4 plates and drizzle with honey, enjoy!
