Kimchi Fried Rice (Korean)
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat, saute kimchi and onion for a few minutes, when mixture begins to look transparent add in garlic, soy sauce, amd ½ tablespoon of oil. Saute for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add in meat to mixture and continue to saute until meat is cooked through. Turn of heat, leaving on burner. Add in rice and rest of oil. Mix to combine.
- Add salt to taste, topping off with a fried egg, scallions and sliced seaweed for garnish.
