  • 1-2 shots Jameson Irish Whiskey

  • ½ lime, juiced

  • Ginger beer, for top

    1. In a copper mug, muddle the mint using a muddler or the back of a spoon .
    2. Add in the whiskey and then the ice.
    3. Top with ginger beer and squeeze in the lime.
