Healthy Banana Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Muffins

A lighter version of muffins, made with banana, chocolate chip, oats, honey, and coconut oil. This is a fun recipe that you can have for a light and tasty breakfast or for a quick snack. It’s a nice bite, you can store them in the fridge and pop one out whenever you feeling in the mood, they are easy to make and that’s why they are such a nice option for snacks and breakfasts. 

The ingredients selected make these muffins a soft and moist option, one bowl and pantry staples, and you can get ready for it. 

Some other ingredients we will use for this recipe other than the main ones: banana, chocolate chip, oats, honey, and coconut oil. It will be light brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, eggs, vanilla, and milk. 

Depending on how you like your sweet level, you can choose in semi-sweet chocolate chips for a lighter sugar level. 

Once you have all your ingredients, it’s time to make our batter, first, let set our oven ready to 350 degrees, and our muffin pan buttered. 

In a separate bowl, we want to add all the dry ingredients, salt, baking soda, oats and sugar, and in another bowl the moist ingredients, eggs, honey, bananas, vanilla, milk, and our coconut oil. 

We pour the moist ingredients into the dry ones and mix until blended, and then we add our chocolate chips. 

Prepare the muffin tin with our batter and let everything bake for 30 minutes or until the surface gets a brown or golden look. 

Let them cool and enjoy it. 

Muffins can be made into many different ways, with this recipe you can play and use walnuts instead of chocolate chips or add flax seed for extra fiber. To make them even fitter. 

You can enjoy them cold or warm, however, you preferred. Eat them with a glass of milk, a glass of juice. Take them to go for a nice breakfast and a warm cappuccino, hot chocolate, or warm latte cup. 

Think of them as protein bars, snack, or breakfast that will be up to you how you prefer to eat them, as well as cool or warm. 

Another thing other than how quickly you can make these muffin batter and have them baked and ready to eat. It is how long they can last when well stored in the fridge, you don’t need to worry about eating them all in one day. You can store them and eat them within a couple of days or weeks. And they will still be fresh as they you baked them, once you let them warm for a couple of seconds. You will have that crunchy bite, with a now melted or warm chocolate taste. 

Ready to make them? Choose your ingredients, mix your batter, place it nicely into your muffin tins, bake them, but don’t let them burn. Let them out and cool for a couple of minutes, as you don’t want to burn yourself. And eat one or two before saving them on the fridge.
