  • 2 1/2 pounds frozen corn kernels

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Chili powder, for serving (optional)

    Slow Cooker Creamed Corn is the easiest and yummiest side dish imaginable.

    1. Add butter, heavy cream and cream cheese to a slow cooker. Whisk until smooth and combined.
    2. Stir in corn, Parmesan cheese and sugar. Season with salt and pepper.
    3. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours, stirring occasionally.
    4. Serve hot, top with a dash of chili powder if desired and enjoy!
