  • 1 package un-popped popcorn

  • 4 tablespoons butter

  • 1 bag marshmallows

  • Frosting of choice

  • Sprinkles

    Sometimes you wanna just have some fun in the kitchen. And what could be more fun than whipping up a batch of Popcorn Cupcakes! Get to it!

    1. Pop popcorn per package instructions. Set aside.
    2. In a large saucepan, melt together butter and marshmallows. Add popped popcorn and stir to coat in marshmallows and butter.
    3. Grease a muffin tin and press popcorn mixture into each tin. Allow cooling completely.
    4. Scoop frosting in a piping bag or a ziplock bag with the tip cut off. Frost popcorn cupcakes and top with sprinkles.
    5. Serve and enjoy!
