Ingredients
  • FOR THE SHRIMP

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled, deveined and tails removed

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 6 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley

  • FOR THE BRUSSELS SPROUTS

  • 3 cups brussels sprouts, halved

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Mix until shrimp is fully coated and everything is combined. 3) In another large bowl, combine all the ingredients for the brussels sprouts. Mix until brussels sprouts are fully coated and everything is combined. 4) Spread shrimp and brussels sprouts onto baking sheet in an even layer. 5) Bake for 20 minutes, or until shrimp is cooked through and brussels sprouts are roasted. 6) Serve and enjoy!
