Microwave Pad Thai Ramen

1) Place ramen in a microwave safe bowl and cover with 2 cups of ramen. Add spinach and break up frozen clumps. Microwave for 3 to 4 minutes, or until noodles are tender (cooking times may vary). 2) While ramen is in the microwave, mix together peanut butter, honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes in a bowl. 3) Remove ramen from microwave and drain excess water. Pour peanut sauce over ramen and mix in while noodles are hot. Stir until everything is fully coated. 4) Top with dried green onions, serve and enjoy!
