    Want to snack on pizza, without feeling really bad about it? Then say hello to Low Carb Pizza Chips. They’re super easy to make and super delicious to eat. Make smaller pizza chips, switch up the cheese, toppings, make huge ones — it’s up to you!

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2. Using a circular cookie cutter, evenly distribute mozzarella cheese into six circles. Add two slices of pepperoni to each circle of cheese.
    3. Bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is crispy. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Serve and enjoy!
