Ingredients

  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup bacon bits
  • 4 ounces green chilies, drained and chopped
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces jalapeños, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs (we suggest panko)

  1. In a slow cooker, combine chopped chicken, cheese, mayonnaise, bacon bits, green chilies, cream cheese, jalapeños, and bread crumbs. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve alongside chips or veggies of your choice, garnish with sliced jalapeños and enjoy!
