Green Tea Waffles

  • 2 cups waffles mix

  • 1 1/2 cups milk

  • 1/3 cup oil

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup matcha powder

  • 2 tablespoons milk

  • Cooking spray

1) In a large bowl combine waffle mix, 1 1/2 cups of milk, oil and egg. Stir until your batter is thoroughly combined. 2) Add matcha powder and 2 tablespoons of milk, stirring until the powder has dissolved in the batter. 3) Grease waffle iron with cooking spray and carefully pour the batter onto the iron. Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until waffles are a golden brown. 4) Remove from iron. Top with fresh berries, maple syrup and whipped cream. Serve and enjoy!
