  • 12 small breakfast sausages

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 tablespoons milk

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 12 slices white bread

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1) Cook sausage links according package instructions. 2) In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, sugar and vanilla extract. 3) Roll out each slice of bread until flat and cut off the crust.
