Dill Pickle Bacon Grilled Cheese

    To Serve:
    • 1 dill pickle, sliced

    • 2 slices bacon

    • 2 slices bread

    • 1 tablespoon butter, softened

    • 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese (or cheddar slices)

    1. Cook bacon in a pan until crispy. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
    2. Butter each side of bread. Place bread, butter side down, in a skillet. Top with cheddar cheese, pickles, bacon and more cheese. Top with the second slice of bread.
    3. Cook over medium-low heat, flipping halfway until bread is lightly toasted and cheese is melted.
    4. Serve and enjoy!
