Creamy Four Cheese Pasta

  • 8 ounces spaghetti

  • 4 tablespoons butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

  • 3 tablespoons flour

  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded

  • 1/2 cup fontina cheese, shredded

  • 1/2 cup gruyere cheese, shredded

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

1) Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2) In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in Italian seasoning. Whisk in flour until combined. 3) Add heavy cream, whisking until combined and bubbling. 4) Add mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, fontina cheese and gruyere cheese. Stir constantly until cheese is melted. If the sauce seems too thick, add more cream. 5) Add salt and pepper to sauce if desired. 6) Add cooked pasta to pan and toss to coat. Top with chopped parsley. 7) Serve and enjoy!
