Chicken Pot Pie Gravy
We just want to pour this Chicken Pot Pie Gravy over everything. Everything!
1) Heat butter in a pot over medium-high heat. Add carrots, celery, onion, potato and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for 5 minutes.
2) Add flour and chicken broth to pot. Stir to combine. Finally, stir in cream cheese and peas.
3) Cook until gravy thickens and develops a consistency like chicken pot pie filling. Taste and season with more salt and pepper if necessary.
4) Remove from heat and serve over biscuits, chicken or whatever your heart desires. Enjoy!
