Cheesy Taco Sticks

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix

  • 1 tube Pillsbury pizza dough

  • 2 Colby jack and cheddar cheese sticks, halved

  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

1) Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Coat a baking sheet with non-stick spray. 2) Brown ground beef in a skillet, mixing in the taco seasoning in. Don't add water as you usually would, just stir the seasoning until all the ground beef is fully coated. 3) Spread the pizza dough across your baking sheet and cut it into 10 small rectangles. Spoon about a tablespoon into each rectangle. Place a piece of the halved cheese on top of the ground beef and roll the pizza dough closed. Make sure you pinch the seams closed. 4) Add your garlic powder and parsley into the melted butter and brush it along the top of the dough. 5) Baked for 10 to 12 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Serve with your favorite taco dips like sour cream or salsa and enjoy!
