  • 8 roma tomatoes

  • Fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced

  • 1 pound ground beef, browned

  • 8 slices bacon

    We have two words for this recipe, “Oh my!”

    1. Cut tomatoes in half and hollow out the inside.
    2. Stuff each tomato half with ground beef and a piece of mozzarella cheese.
    3. Put tomatoes back together and wrap with a slice of bacon, using toothpicks to secure the bacon in place.
    4. Pan fry tomatoes until bacon is crispy and cheese inside is melted.
    5. Remove toothpicks, serve and enjoy!
