  • 1 can biscuit dough, quartered

  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped

  • 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and chopped

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

  • 6 eggs, scrambled

  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped


  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 tablespoon dijon mustard

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2. In a large bowl, mix together quarter biscuits, melted butter, bell peppers, bacon, 1 cup cheddar cheese, scrambled eggs and chives. Stir until fully combined.
    3. Grease a bundt cake pan. Add mixture to pan. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
    4. Bake for 30 minutes.
    5. While bundt bakes, make the sauce by mixing together sour cream, dijon, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
    6. Remove bundt from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Using a knife, loosen the sides. Invert onto a plate to remove bundt from pan. Drizzle with sauce, serve and enjoy!
