  • 1 cup mozzarella, shredded

  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon, chopped

  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • Blue or black corn chips

  • Sour cream and red bell peppers for garnish

1) In a large bowl, mix mozzarella, bacon, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir thoroughly.

2) Crush a bowl of blue or black corn chips. Using your hands, form cheese mixture into 1-inch balls, and roll in the crushed chips until thoroughly coated. Place on a tray. Continue until all the cheese is used. Refrigerate for at least one hour or until firm.

3) Before serving, remove from refrigerator an insert 2 whole corn chips to create wings. Decorate eyes with sour cream and diced red bell peppers. Serve and enjoy!
