Baileys French Toast

  • 6 eggs, beaten

  • 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 loaf challah or French bread, sliced thick

  • 3 cups Cocoa Puffs cereal, crushed

  • Butter

  • Powdered sugar and maple syrup, for serving

1) In a bowl, whisk together eggs, Baileys, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. 2) Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 3) Dip sliced bread first in egg mixture, then coat in crushed Cocoa Puffs. Gently add coated bread to skillet and cook until both sides are golden brown. 4) Serve with powdered sugar and maple syrup if desired. Enjoy!
