  • 1roll (16.5 oz) storebought or favorite chocolate chip cookies

  • 1/2 cup hot fudge topping

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened

    1. Place cookie dough on the pan, press evenly in bottoms. Cook according to the recipe or instruction. Cool in pans completely, about 20 minutes. Press edges flat.
    2. Remove cookies from pans. Spread with fudge topping. Cut in 2 pieces
    3. Spread ice cream evenly over fudge topping. Top with the remaining cookie, fudge side down. Place pan in the freezer for at least 1 hour or until firm.
    4. Cut into 10-12 sandwiches.
