Ingredients
  • Turkey Bacon and Aged Cheddar

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 16 eggs, whisked/blended

  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped

  • 1 cup aged cheddar, shredded

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ¼ teaspoon paprika

  • Egg White and Red Pepper

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 cups egg whites

  • 1 cup roasted red peppers, diced

  • 1 cup spinach, finely chopped

  • 1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

    Instructions
    1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Fill a 9×11 baking dish halfway with warm water, then place the greased 12-count silicone egg tray overtop.  
    2. Divide toppings of choice and cheese among cups. Then fill the rest of the way full with eggs or egg whites (depending on the recipe) Bake in the oven for 60 Minutes or until eggs are set.  
    3. Remove egg bites from mold once they have cooled. May store in a large ziplock bag to keep in the fridge for later.
