Easy Fish Tacos Recipe with Cabbage Slaw
1- In a bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the sauce and set aside.
2- Add heavy cream in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine, rice flour, paprika, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.
3- Dredge the cod fillets into the first bowl, then completely coat in the seasoned flour.
4- Add the olive oil in a skillet and, when hot, add the fish fillets and cook until golden brown and the flesh flakes easily with a fork.
5- Add cooked fish to a tortilla and top with cabbage, onion, tomatoes, cheese, parsley and drizzle with sauce and fresh lime juice.
