Creme Brulee Sweet Potato Chips

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 2 cups sweet potato chips, ridged

  • Instant pudding mix

  • Milk, for pudding

  • 2 tablespoons pecans, toasted and chopped

  • Whole nutmeg, powdered will work too

    1. Firstly, Mix the cinnamon and sugar together. 
    2. Place a single chip onto a fire-safe surface and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
    3. Gently torch unless the sugar is an amber color. They will crisp up as they cool.
    4. Prepare instant pudding according to package instructions, and transfer to a piping bag. 
    5. In conclusion, Serve with pudding, toasted pecans, and freshly grated nutmeg on top. Enjoy!
