  • 1/2 cup oat flakes

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt

  • 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter

  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup (or agave or honey)

  • For topping: yogurt or dark chocolate, chopped

    1. In a medium jar, combine oats, milk and yogurt. Stir well.

    2. Add peanut butter and cocoa powder. Stir until well mixed.

    3. Cover the jar and place in the fridge to chill overnight.

    4. When ready to serve, top with more vanilla yogurt and chopped chocolate.
