Ingredients

  • 1 (5 oz) container Chow Mein Noodles
  • 10 ounces white chocolate, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup marshmallow bits
  • 2 tablespoons rainbow nonpareil sprinkles
  • 1/8 cup mini red and green M&Ms
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup to drizzle
  • 1 chocolate pop tart, cut into small pieces

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Place the chow mein noodles in a large bowl. Set aside.
  3. Fill a medium saucepot with 1 in of water and bring the water to a simmer.
  4. Place the white chocolate in a heat-safe bowl and place the bowl on top of the simmering pot. Stirring constantly, melt the white chocolate. Remove from heat.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate onto the noodles first, then pour the maple syrup on next. Stir to coat.
  6. Using a medium cookie scoop, portion out the noodles and drop them onto the lined baking sheet. Arrange to look like a bowl of noodles.
  7. Immediately coat the noodles with sprinkles, marshmallows, and M&Ms. Place a pop tart piece on each.
  8. Drizzle sparingly with chocolate syrup.
  9. Allow chocolate to set and enjoy Buddy The Elf Cookies!
