  • 1 cup beets, cooked and cubed

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • Olive oil, to garnish

  • Sumac, to garnish

  • Feta cheese, to garnish

  • Micro greens or herbs, optional to garnish

    1. Add the beets and garlic to the food processor with the original hummus. Blend until even in color and smooth.
