If you're a fan of Oreos (and, let's be honest, who isn't?) there's some good news for you.

Exciting things are happening in the Oreo world, my friends. Big things, indeed.

First, we learned that Oreo O's cereal is coming back to U.S. supermarkets after a 10-year absence.

O My, is right, because who doesn't want to eat a bowl of Oreo-flavored cereal?

Second, Nabisco is releasing a fun line of limited-time only Oreo flavors.

There were Waffles & Syrup Oreos at Albertsons, Mississippi Mud Oreos at Dollar General, and now, Jelly Donut Oreos at Walmart.

That's right, folks. Starting this weekend you can get Jelly Donut Oreos at Walmart stores nationwide.

But only for a limited time, of course. Because nothing gold (or jelly-donut flavored) can stay.

"The cookies feature Golden Oreo wafers with a dual-flavored creme filling that is raspberry-flavored in the center and custard-flavored on the outer ring," reports Brand Eating.

During the Oreo Vote program held last year, Walmart and Nabisco asked customers which Oreo flavors they'd like to see offered at Walmart stores nationwide, according to Thrillist.

Although Jelly Donut eventually lost to Cookies and Creme, Walmart decided to offer it as well anyway.

Let's reflect for a moment on how people voted for a cookie flavor that is actually an ice cream flavor based on Oreo cookies. Inception.

In other happy Oreo news, world-renowned gourmet pastry chef Dominque Ansel has teamed up with Nabisco to create an Oreo cookie spread. This is the guy who invented the cronut (croissant-donut) as well as the milk-and-cookie shots that you’ve seen all over foodie Instagram accounts.

According to Eater, the Oreo spread is being offered exclusively at Ansel’s bakery in the Soho neighborhood of New York City and contains milk-flavored and dark chocolate ganache, in addition to Oreo chocolate wafer bits. Although the spread will only be available on Saturday, June 10 and Sunday, June 11, Ansel’s bakery is giving it out for free while it lasts.

So, if you’re a true Oreo lover, you might want to get in line early. Be there Oreo be square.
