Spring! It's in the air. Can you smell it? Can you feel it? Are you excited yet?

After what seemed like an exceptionally long and miserable winter, the weather is finally beginning to warm up, and Starbucks wants to help you celebrate the sunshine and budding flowers with its newest cold brew drink.

Taking inspiration from jalao, a coconut candy from the Dominican Republic, the Toasted Coconut Cold Brew is now available at participating Starbucks stores to bring the spring vibes to consumers in Canada and the U.S. It's only on the menu for a limited time, so get on it!

"We really liked the simplicity of the coconut and honey flavors of jalao, we knew the toasted coconut flavors would go really well with the inherent sweet, chocolate notes of our Cold Brew," Christal Canzler, Starbucks senior beverage developer, said in a press release. "Pairing it with a splash of coconutmilk gave it just the right amount of refreshing creaminess."

Traditional jalao is made with honey and coconut shavings, which Starbucks thinks pairs really well with the flavor profile of the Starbucks Narino 70 Cold Brew.

The Toasted Coconut Cold Brew features that Narino 70 Cold Brew, and is then lightly sweetened with toasted coconut syrup and topped off with a delicate dollop of decadent coconutmilk. Yum!

The drink has been available as of April 4, so get on over to a participating Starbucks now to try it out. Also, don't forget that now Starbucks offers toasted coconut syrup -- which means if you're friendly and polite, you could probably convince your barista to add the syrup to any drink your heart desires.
