While we will never disavow our love of ice cream, there is something perfect about the guilt-free sweetness of frozen yogurt. Whether you prefer creamy chocolate or tropical mango, there is no question that this chilled diary product is the perfect dessert for enjoying summer nights without fear of overindulging.

Unfortunately, however, while there is no shortage of frozen yogurt stores, most recipes for homemade frozen yogurt require an ice cream maker. As firm believers in the fact that homemade is always better (and cheaper), we were left with a dilemma—is it possible to make delicious, healthy frozen yogurt without investing in an expensive kitchen appliance?

Luckily for us, the answer is a resounding, “yes.” After some serious research, we stumbled upon this amazing video (below), which demonstrates a mind-bogglingly easy way to make frozen yogurt from scratch.

The clip reveals how to craft strawberry, pineapple coconut, chocolate banana, mango lime, and cake batter frozen yogurt. Not only do the resulting creations look delicious, but also the method is so simple that it will leave you questioning why you didn’t think of it yourself!

Watch the video below, and then pull out your food processor or blender. Personally, we’re already preparing for a summer filled with healthy, delicious frozen yogurt in more flavors than we can possibly imagine!
