IHOP’s holiday menu leaves not one taste palate untouched, which is to say, there is something for everyone this 2017 holiday season (especially if you’re partial to cheesecake, French toast, or cheesecake-stuffed French toast).

Make room for thirds because you’ll want to taste IHOP’s newest holiday trio of Cheesecake Stuffed French Toast. Pictured below are IHOP’s Toffee Apple Cheesecake, Oreo Cookies & Cream, and Strawberry Cheesecake French toast — three reasons to believe in holiday miracles (especially while Brussels sprout sliders are trending).

If you need more convincing, here’s three more reasons in mouth-watering detail:

Toffee Apple Cheesecake begins with a Brioche French toast (which all three French toast variations are made with). You already know it’s going to be good because brioche, the gold standard for any legitimate French toast, is a rich, buttery Viennoiserie that challenges French flagship baked good, the croissant, for first place. A creamy cheesecake and toffee pyramid sits atop, with generous toppings of warm cinnamon apples, toffee bits, and powdered sugar.

Oreo Cookies & Cream is an Oreo-lovers paradise and is almost the same as eating Oreo sleeve after Oreo sleeve because it’s literally brimming with Oreo filling, which is layered and topped on French toast, then finished with whipped topping and powdered sugar.

For those who give rein to an aching sweet tooth, and are not turned off by a cheesecake French toast breakfast with a side of … more cheesecake, this one’s for you. The Strawberry Cheesecake French toast is layered with cheesecake, finished with more cheesecake on top, along with glazed strawberries, whipped topping and powdered sugar.

IHOP’s no-holds-barred holiday menu, stuffed with cheesecake stuffing, also features menu items for those who like to play with their food. The kid-friendly, Fluffy the Snowman pancakes are shaped like a snowman, with a strawberry nose and dressed in a bacon scarf and chocolate chip buttons. It’s almost too good to eat. Almost.

After you’ve licked the plate clean and contemplated seconds, maybe thirds, wash it down with a Gingerbread Hot Chocolate — a hot cocoa with gingerbread, cinnamon, some spice and all things nice — to bring your breakfast-for-dessert or dessert-for-breakfast meal to an epic conclusion. Bon appetit!
