It's 2017, and many people have resolved to speak up for themselves this year, and stop allowing others to dictate their lives.
If you're looking for some inspiration on how to put haters in their place, look no further than fast-food chain Wendy's, because it is totally on its game when it comes to making sure trolls all over Twitter don't get away with being nuisances.
Basically, a Twitter user questioned whether Wendy's claim to always serve "fresh, never frozen" beef was actually true. Therefore the Twitter user came up with a bizarre and far-fetched conspiracy theory that challenged Wendy's promise.
@Wendys your beef is frozen and we all know it. Y'all know we laugh at your slogan "fresh, never frozen" right? Like you're really a joke.
Somebody truly had a little too much time on their hands …
Anyway, rather than sit back and allow the Twitter hater to continue on a tirade, Wendy's social-media manager decided to clap back.
First, the chain basically gave the Twitter user a polite metaphorical slap on the wrists, tweeting: "You’re wrong, we’ve only ever used fresh beef since we were founded in 1969."
That seems appropriate, but unfortunately, the Twitter user wasn't having it!

"@McDonalds got you guys beat with dope ass breakfast," the Twitter user said.
"You don't have to bring them into this just because you forgot refrigerators existed for a second there," Wendy's finalized the battle with this tweet.
Bravo, Wendy's, and good for you.
