Step 1 – In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and butter. Stir frequently to prevent clumps from forming. Wait until the mixture is smooth before doing…

Step 2 – Pour in the corn syrup and stir. Add the coffee granules and pour in the condensed milk. Stirring frequently, cook the fudge on low heat.

Do not cover the sauce pan. Cook for 30 minutes before turning off fire.

Step 3 – This fudge recipe may be used immediately, so pour over brownies, cakes, cupcakes or ice cream while still warm. If you prefer to store it, allow the hot fudge sauce to cool completely in the sauce pan for about an hour or more. The sauce is velvety smooth and will pour easily, so there is no need to worry. Once done, pour into clean glass containers, cover and chill. This will keep in the fridge for about 3 months. To use, heat in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between.
