- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 4 drops vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. pure cocoa
Mix everything up. It’s a little hard to get the cocoa mixed in with a whisk, but if your diligent…it works fine .

I find things like this blend better if you mix the cocoa with a small amount of the liquid, say a few tablespoons, first and slowly add the remaining ingredients. Say the cocoa with two tablespoons almond milk, then the honey, then the vanilla, then a few lore tablespoons of almond milk, then gradually the remaining almond milk. It should blend together quite nicely that way. Sounds relish. Might give it a try with rice milk.
