• 1 lb. of cooked, shelled, cleaned shrimp
  • green onions (the amount is optional)
  • verde taco sauce
  • diced tomatoes
  • four cheese mix
  • corn or flour tortillas
  • 3 tablespoons of vegetable, canola or olive oil



The newest trend for tacos is shrimp and fish. Well, the family can enjoy shrimp tacos in thirty minutes with this easy recipe.

First, season the shrimp with some lemon pepper.
Then, heat the vegetable oil to a medium heat.
Next, chop up some green onions.
Then, dice some tomatoes, as small as possible.
(you can add tomatoes to your tacos afterward if you desire)
Add the shrimp to the low heated pan. Add the green onions.
Stir the shrimp around for about 5 minutes, just to heat them
Once the shrimp are hot, turn off the heat from them.

Next, heat up the corn or flour tortillas in the microwave.
thirty seconds will do. Then, lay the tortilla shells in the plate, scoop in the freshly heated shrimp, add tomatoes if desired, cheese and fold and enjoy!

If cooked tortilla shells are desired, then get a medium sauce pan, and add teaspoon of oil to the pan. When the oil is heated from a medium heat, add the tortilla shell. Let the shell stay in the pan just long enough to warm it. If hard shells are desired, then let the shell cook until a nice light brown crust is seen.
