Step 1: Drain the tofu and wrap in kitchen paper. Place it in a sieve with a heavy plate on top to drain out as much liquid as possible. Let it set for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Slice tofu into 4 pieces and season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
Step 3: Dust with flour on all sides.
Step 4: Heat oil in a pan and make sure it heats to a high temperature.
Step 5: Carefully add the tofu and cook until it turns brown. Turn to the other side when it becomes crispy. Be careful not to overcook the tofu.
