- 1 ½ cups milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 5 tablespoons melted butter
This is an easy vanilla crepes recipe. Crepes are best as breakfast or dessert, and can be filled with a variety of different fillings depending on your tastes.
The recipe takes a total of thirty minutes and yields twelve crepes.
The directions are as follows:
Step 1 — Mix the milk, egg yolks, and vanilla extract together in a large bowl.
Step 2 — Stir in the flour, sugar, salt, and melted butter until well blended.
Step 3 — Heat the crepe pan over medium heat, coating lightly with cooking spray or vegetable oil.
Step 4 — Pour roughly ¼ cup of the crepe batter into the pan, tipping the pan so as to spread the batter to the edge of the pan. When bubbles form and the edges are dry, flip the crepe and cook until lightly brown and the edges are golden-brown.
Step 5 — Repeat until there is no batter batter.
Step 6 — Place the desired filling on the center of the crepe in a line from one side to the other, and then fold over both sides. Fillings include fruit, cream, caramel, or even ice cream.

I think the ‘Panda’ reference is very cute. And yes, the crepes look like a yummy and easy snack! Thanks.
