Step 1: preheat oven to 350˚ F
Step 2: line muffin pan with paper liners
Step 3: combine dry ingredients (in list, from flour to salt) by stirring briefly in medium bowl.
Step 4: in a mixing bowl, beat together butter and sugar on medium-high speed until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes)
