How To Make Flan simple recipes
For those who want to know how to make flan but don’t know where to find a recipe, maybe this will help. This recipe takes forty minutes to cook and serves eight.
Instructions:
Step 1- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Get ready 8 oz ramekins. To make the caramel, melt a layer of sugar into the bottom of every ramekin, per-caramelizing it. Put 2 tsp of sugar into each one and line them up evenly on a baking pan.
Step 2- Boil some water and keep it on low heat so it will be ready to use.
Step 3- When temperature in the oven is 400 degrees Fahrenheit place the pan with ramekins in it on the lowest oven rack. When you have a golden brown color, take the pan out of the oven. Your caramelized glaze will start to harden when they cool. Turn the oven temperature down to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 4- Whisk the three milks and salt together and whisk the eggs and egg whites in a separate bowl. Combine the milk and eggs mixtures and mix. Divide mixture into the ramekins.
Step 5- Put the ramekins on a baking pan and fill the baking pan with the hot water that is midway up the ramekins. Bake on the lower middle rack for 40 to 45 minutes.
Step 6- Remove flan and let cool for 30 minutes. Cover each one with plastic wrap and let chill for 8 hours.
Step 7- Serve.
