- Four large onions, chopped
- Three tablespoons bacon drippings
- Two pounds pork chops, cubed and boned
- Two bunches of green onions
- One small head lettuce
- One small head cabbage
- One can of spinach
- One package turnips green
- One package of mustard greens (frozen)
- Seasonal
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder

Directions as followed:
Step 1- Melt the three tablespoons of bacon drippings in an iron pot.
Step 2- Add onions and cook until tender.
Step 3- Season the cubed and boned pork chops, then add to the bacon dripping mix.
Step 4- Cook until tender.
Step 5- Cut the cabbage, lettuce, green onions, and celery tops, into small pieces.
Step 6- Combine these vegetables together, then mix them in the pot. Cook until tender.
Step 7- Drain the spinach can and reserve the liquid.
Step 8- Add the spinach, green turnips, and mustard into the above mixture.
Step 9- Stir and cook slowly. Use the spinach liquid if the mixture is sticking.
